I RECENTLY REMEMBERED I KNOW HOW TO READ

I recently rediscovered my passion for reading. I just completed a Tom Wolfe novel, A MAN IN FULL. I recommend it very highly. I have moved on and am rereading the 48 Laws of Power, and Machiavelli, The Prince. Mekka Don is busy with The Tipping Point, another essential book, and will be posting his review soon. We realize that with the rise of the Internet people have moved away from novels/books and are relying more and more heavily on Internet journalism, which is great, but not necessarily, the best source for literary genius. (NOTE: this blog is a source of literary genius, LOL!)So we start with Time's list of the 100 BEST ENGLISH novels since 1923. Pick one any one, buy it. If you don't have the money, dust off that archaic library card, and put your tax dollars to good use. Reading is fundamental let's make it happen. We present the start of the Mekka Don Book Club.
