With Barack Obama officially getting sworn into office as the 44th President of the United States minutes ago in Washington, D.C., XXLmag.com caught up with start up Ohio rapper Mekka Don, who was on the scene in the capital city all weekend long, to get details on what went down.
Mekka - who recently released a digital EP all about the country’s new chief executive - said the scene on the lawn of the National Mall was “unbelievable.” “People were crying, hugging, screaming uncontrollably, little kids screaming - I’m not even sure if they know why but they were.
