Tony Dungy retired from a 31 year career in the NFL Today. Dungy became the first coach in NFL history to lead a team to the playoffs 10 straight years, and also was the first African American NFL head coach to win a Super Bowl. Although Dungy's accolades on the field were numerous it was his genuine good nature that made him so special. Everyone that met the man, worked with him, for him, played with him, or played for him left better for it. Congratulations on a great career, and good luck in retirement.
